Wines I love - Rancho Zabaco Dancing Bull Sauvignon Blanc 2002 California

What the label says:  At Rancho Zabaco, we pride ourselves in producing award-winning wines crafted with grapes from top vineyards.  Our Dancing Bull Sauvignon Blanc is no exception.  Winemaker Eric Cinnamon chose Sauvignon Blanc grapes drawn primarily from vineyards in Monterey and Lake Counties to create this Dancing Bull Sauvignon Blanc.  The wine is clean and crisp with a bright grapefruit notes balanced by tropical fruit and a hint of herbaceousness.  Enjoy! http://www.ranchozabaco.com

Why I like this wine:  First let me say that i've had Rancho Zabaco's regular Sauvignon Blanc "Non-Dancing Bull" and really did not like it.  I normally do not drink white wine and this is about the exception.  I REALLY like this wine as it is very light with a slightly fruity taste but is very clean in that there is no lingering taste after you've swallowed the wine.  Its easy to drink this wine for long periods because of this.  Certainly a great porch wine I enjoy it anytime I don't feel like drinking my favorite reds.
