If you are a wine lover or looking for a gift for a wine lover than I recommend the Vinturi Wine Aerator.  This is my review of the Vinturi Wine Aerator, costing about $40.00 the Vinturi Wine Aerator is worth every penny if you are serious about tasting good wine.  Here's why the Vinturi Wine Aerator is something a wine lover must have.  When wine breathes the flavors are unlocked and the wine tastes better and is more fragrant, thus more taste.  Many decant a wine however a decanter is about $150.00 it must be cleaned and takes time to allow the wine to breathe before serving to allow it to decant.  The Vinturi Wine Aerator is simple to use, just pour your glass of wine through the Vinturi and it sucks in air and releases the flavor, smell and texture of the wine almost instantly.  My wife and I find it fun to taste a bit of wine prior to pouring through the Vinturi then pour a sample through the Vinturi and it's like the wine wakes up.  The Vinturi Wine Aerator makes fine wine taste grand and makes average table wine taste like it should cost $10-$20 more.  Adding the air to the wine instantly improves the taste, smell and texture of any wine.   What do I mean by texture?  I find a good Cabernet Sauvignon has a nice velvety feeling on my tongue.  Wine run through the Vinturi Wine Aerator is given this texture regardless of the cost of the wine.  For us the $40 cost of the Vinturi is a bargain for what it has added to our wine experience.
